Food was fantastic! Because we don't speak japanese there were some problems at first, but they were quickly resolved with the owners being very accomodating. Prices were fair, especially for the quality! Will definitely be coming here again!

Stayed around the corner with my wife. Every night we’d walk past this quaint izakaya that would always be filled with people. We finally gave it a try and we were glad that we did. The owners are husband and wife and they were so welcoming. The food was tasty, we learned about Shochu, and had a great time with the owners and locals who were all friendly. Cash only. Japanese menu only. But the owners will do everything in their power to communicate with you. Husband speaks English well, and his wife carried her handy translate device.

This is a neighborhood Gem. The food is made with care and well balanced. Chicken Karage was next level.

This was our first dinner in Japan and the closest izakaya next to our Airbnb. We found this place on Google when searching for some restaurants that were still open past 8 pm. It’s a family run business and the restaurant isn’t big, so seating is very limited. Remember, you must order a drink with your meal even if it’s a Coke. Aside from that, the prices for everything are very cheap. We shared a bunch of dishes. I can’t remember everything because the menu isn’t online but we ordered stingray, fried chicken, fried tofu, yakisoba, pizza, and one other dish I can’t remember. Stingray was on the tough side so I would not order that again. Everything else was delicious.

I loved the hosts, we had a super fun conversation about all the jdrama and actors we love . They even stayed open an extra hour for us. Best (strongest) highball I had in Japan. I would love to visit you again someday!

I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing place last night, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was carefully prepared and bursting with flavor. But what truly captivated me was the atmosphere. It had this warm, inviting charm that instantly made me feel relaxed, yet there was also a vibrant energy that brought the whole place to life. The service was just as impressive — the staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about creating a great experience. I left feeling completely satisfied and can’t wait to come back again!

Incredibly good izakaya experience. The owners are really friendly, they speak a little English and French :) and were super helpful for ordering. The food is amazing, high quality and fresh, generous authentic family food. We really loved it and will definitely come back again next time in Tokyo !

We visited in the evening as two people and the owner and his family greeted us very warm and politely. The appetizer and main dish was very delicous and honestly the best dish i had on my Japan trip so far. They even had a english menu for non-japanese speaking customers. Overall the service was perfect and the food represents what i read about the store online. Whould definetely recommend this and whould love to come again.
